we had a nice stay at this resort for one day. although initially we were told that our room is not available.. so they provided us with another room.. and after cleaning we were able to occupy it after 2pm . place was good ..recreational facilities needs renovation and improvements. parking facility was good. food is available at the property. pool is nearly 3 ft deep. lake view from the property is good .

worst experience,no restaurant..only swiggy/ zomato..charged heavy amount more than the mrp bcs of the distance..we can see the backwater,boats,eagles,crows etc..then repeat mode

stay was very bad, room was not ready by the time we reached, has requested for a room with balcony while booking itself even though most of the room were free, still they were hesitating to provide a room with balcony, after a waiting of almost 45 minutes we got a room which was not clean. premises are not maintained properly, reception phone is not working we had to walk every time to reception in case we need to convey anything. location was very good but maintainance of hotel, service and staff behavior is very poor.

the stay was horrible. the rooms were stinking and dirty. these type of places should be classified as budget resort or something like that. because the service was horrible. no tissues, no toiletries, no attached bathroom, unclean rooms.
when we checked in at 9 pm, we had confirmed with them if we would be able to order dinner in the restaurant. but after checking in they conveniently said kitchen closed.
so overall, i would say the price is not worth the stay. the rooms and the resort needs to seriously renovate

Hi, It Was the worst resort I have stayed at by the time, first of all there was no water supply for the 1st 4 hours for bathing and for other use, and the second thing is that we booked a Premium Suite lake view room but they gave us an Executive lake view room. There was at least 1500 rupees difference from the Premium Suite room with executive room. It was a very Bad experience. Me and my friends were so disappointed after this situation our mood to enjoy was gone.
If possible please give the 1500 back or any compensation money. It was cash that we had accumulated over time.

It was not pleasant at all, Couple of Staff People were good but there were also some very Rude Guys. The day I checked in at the hotel there was some electricity issues, and the electricity has gone at 1125 PM and I waited for 20 mins but current was not there and my intercom was also not working so I took a Phone number from the app and called a person and complained about the Electricity, he told me that he will che vk and let me know in 5 mins but he didn't call me back so I called again and ...more

property ambience is good. calm and peaceful. view from the property is outstanding. the real problem we faced about toilet its very unhygienic water is not going through drainage properly. toilet cover is too bad its dirty. all the place are dusty. they showed us two rooms but both bathrooms are very dirty. pipe is not working properly. it could be more better is someone is taking care of cleaning and maintenance... food is over priced,not worthy. service is good.
