Rooms were not that clean and tidy. Water was seeping in the washroom (may be due to rains). Food and beverages are very expensive. Despite charging heavily, the taste and quality of food is not up-to the mark. Service is good, amenities are also good and the location is very calm and pleasant. Good for family.

I have booked garden villa room!! Not worth a single penny!! There was a rat in the room and its excreta all over washroom area!!! The room is not neat!! Water leaking from the tub almost skiped few times using the washroom! Not worth for the price paid! Improve your services

we literally struggled for food. we had to request or beg for a table. there are 3 restaurants inside the property however everybody denied us the table saying that it needs advance booking. golkonda management needs to ensure that they are accommodating customers who come to stay with them and if there is capacity available then restaurant can be opened for outsiders for lunch or dinner. every single activity is charged even the bicycle riding in room service is not that great they do not even ...more
