Goutham Manor is the worst hotel in Chennai. Don't stay here.There is absolutely nothing good about this place. It used to be a good hotel but not any longer. The front desk people are extremely rude and know nothing about customer service. We were charged for buffet breakfast but later came to that their restaurant has been shut down. They promised to get Breakfast from outside but nothing happened. We went out and ate breakfast.Rooms are very badly maintained. Toilets and bathrooms are so horr ...more

good Hotel for staying. Rooms are hygiene and clean. Hot and cold water available. Cupboard etc are well arranged. size of bed are sufficient to sleep at night
Behaviour of Hotel Employees including manager are Gentle and Nice. They know other Languages also thus visitors feels Caring. overall Good experience. easy access from Town. Hotel is in main Road thus no problem of connectivity . Anybody can go out hassle free.

1. Main Problem is no restaurant inside from where i can get both Indian / continental- veg and non veg dishes.
2. No varieties in Complimentary breakfast, only Masala or plain dosa is available.
3. Maintenance of Room is not upto the mark. 2/3 lights i found fused in the room. Room split AC was not in perfect condition.
4. Staff behaviour is very good.
5. Room Tariff is in higher side compared to amenities, services and food.

OK... Hotel... Water in a dirty plastic canister was bad... Unhygienic... Breakfast extremely bad
But the front desk was excellent
