they are not changing badsheets, towels daily also not provided soap and shampoo daily. also rooms are not cleaning daily.

my recent stay at govind heights residency was extremely disappointing due to their shockingly poor service and lack of basic hygiene. despite complimentary services like extra pillows, towels, and soap being standard, the hotel staff demanded cash for these items. even something as essential as drinking water, despite complimentary breakfast being included in my package, was charged extra. this is simply unacceptable.

it is very near from bus stand .walkable....the staffs are very polite and cooperative.....My stay was pleasant will like to stay here NXT time also
