Absolutely loved the stay at the property! Located right next to the Sanapur lake, in the midst of paddy fields, it is a great place for city birds wanting to escape and experience natural stay and village atmosphere. The property is also well maintained, and run well by its host. The amenities are limited but the you can make most of what is available and enjoy the stay.
Plenty of activities to - do explore the lake, walk in the paddy fields, camp and explore near by less popular spots. We had great fun at the stay!

Family travellers please read my review before booking.
I was here with my wife and what we felt at this property is that this place is not for Family and married couples. It is good for friend groups who are looking to just chill. Why I am saying this is because the property is filled with Foreigners doing the foreigner things. If you know what I mean. They don't trouble anyone but families would be uncomfortable around them for obvious reasons. It has a village-like feel with basic huts. Bedsh ...more

This place was very special and obviously not for everybody. What makes the difference is the location. It is faraway from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you want to enjoy the nature, take long walks by the lake and river while watching the wildlife and serene daily lives of the villagers, this place is perfect for that. this s the situation at there when i after bathing.. the property was completely waste but the location and view is totally worth. otherwise it was waste money. hospitality not good and the room wiring has complainted sometimes it feel some missings fan and lights.wifi working properly quite good. all other things are usual
not good for couples cuz in the room not getting privacy

Decent hospitality from Harsha.
Room size ok. But if you are used to the regular hotels, then this might feel a bit uncomfortable.
Hot water available.
Food is ok, but expensive as everywhere around in hampi.
