..When i reached to Hotel Goyal Palace, they don't know about booking and booking agency also.
After that I show screenshot of booking, they agree to give room. That given room no. 217 is in very bad condition, no light in toilet, no hook for door close, cupboard is filled by his own material and locked, after all given room is extra and his staff's room.
