Saying it a Hotel will be a wrong word actually. Its just a dharmshala and nothing else. Reception staff keep lying on sofa for whole day. Room accessories will be provided on demand always. No Battery backup if electricity goes off. Being a solo traveller, it was scary when at 3:00 AM in night electricity goes off and when called on reception, staff says "Madam thodi der wait karte hai kyuki mein naya hu aur mujhe nahi pata kya karna hai".... Will give -5 for cleanliness. Will never recommend anybody this type of hotel.

Bedsheet was dirty with lot of spots & long hair,staff was rude,arranged food from a third class shop and charged at premium rate.

First they provide a room without ac in working condition then shifted in upper mentioned room
