overall, it was a good experience. the room had some wet smell. also found cockroaches inside the room. these are a few negative areas to highlight.

The Rooms offered to us originally was so sub standard and then we found that there were newly done executive rooms which we asked for . While the Rooms were good the room service was pathetic or let’s say not even there . No Fand B in the property . Do u cannot even relax

We enjoyed our stay!! The facility is well maintained and the room and hotel ambience is good. One suggestion is to improve the breakfast ambience and food as it is not fulfilling. Most guests come for leisure or relaxation, and entering a party hall for breakfast in the morning doesn't create a restaurant atmosphere. The dishes served need improvement; for example, the pooris are too thick. You can offer guests non-breakfast rooms if they prefer not to dine in the hotel restaurant.

hotel is very nice..but they charged extra for a 9 year old child..Even in 5 star hotel, I have not seen charging extra for a 9 year old..price also 700 for extra person is very high..since the child shared bed with parents n how much they can charge for a child in buffet..looting customers..

Excellent rooms. On the trichy tanjore highway. Food is very expensive. Parking is not exclusive, along with the crowd of the complex. Overall experience is good.
