Hotel needs some improvement as mentioned below:
1. Intercom was not working.
2. Washroom door needs a fix.
3. Toilet seat is little high from the base making it uncomfortable to use.
4. Furniture inside the room is wearing out/getting torn.
5. Balcony was inaccessible due to unnecessary blockage from wiring.
Few good things:
1. Staff was polite
2. Hotel was clean
3. Location is good
4. Ample parking space.

No intercom but managing by the mobile Calls.
Bad smell in toilet
Bed sheet not changed.
Food quality is not good as per the price, somehow managed kitchen.

Poor experience. Hotel denied check-in without any reason. In complaint about it, no update no response. Pathetic experience with hotel.
