I was expecting 24hrs check out policy but they asked to check out at max 1pm and in morning there was no water to take bath. didn't expect this

Hotel service are so pathetic. First the toilet water not stooping after using the toilet i call the mechanic to stop the water. Second ac was not working tv was not in working condition. Room tarrif rates so high and food was not so good. I captured the video of toilet seat blowing water no option for uploading here

Don't know why some reviews are negative. It's an excellent hotel. Very good staff. Spacious rooms. We enjoyed staying here. Also has a very good South Indian Restaurant, just next door

I have booked superior room Initially after check in they gave me normal room.After I have protested they changed it to superior room. I think it is a deliberate act by hotel.

Their service is poor. They seem to be understaffed. 50% of the items in the menu card are not available.
The rooms are good but many things like refrigerator, table etc. are missing.
This is not worthy of being a Sarovar group hotel.

The hotel is very close to Railway station 800m. I do not know why there are some bad ratings. May be something wrong expectation. They are maintaining their professional things..
