. the hotel is good to stay but it is located in a narrow road and on rainy dates in the street the water stagnates upto ankle level making it uncomfortable to reach the hotel.

Both the night shift manager and morning shift dont talk to each other. End up had to pay extra RP1000 for my stay on top of booking in GoIbibo rate. What a mess

Osm stay, Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service, Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

it was a really good stay the hotel staffs were really helpful and when ever we require anything it was at the doorstep it was really a pleasant stay with a clean room.

Spacious rooms well maintained , clean washroom and bedsheets. Staff are helpful . But, if it rains , than the outside entry road gets water logging and one cannot go walking . Good , clean spacious rooms

I have booked for Grand Deluxe Room Which is in this conditionsThree rooms having different different pricing package...Flush not working in rest room.., On Emergency its much complicated...

During my recent stay here I encountered an unfortunate experience with the receptionist that significantly impacted my stay. Upon arrival, I was met with a lack of courtesy and professionalism. The receptionist seemed uninterested and dismissive, which made the check-in process unnecessarily cumbersome. Good hotel but entry to location is dirty and water logged with sanitary so entering and going out was difficult. Otherwise hotel facilities and rest are all very good.
