Property Name & City: HotelGrand Heritage Inn, Rishikesh.Already paid online amount of Rs. But i was denied check in by the Hotel against this booking. They said bookings are not taken . I want my return of Rs rom the and an apology for the inconvenience I had. I was with my family and at around 03.15 AM I had no other option than paying more amount to the hotel for the stay .It is requested to initiate refund of my amount . They may confirm from Hotel about this inconvenience.
