1)The water is dropping from centralized Air conditioners in room....after so many compliments to Hotel staff but still no resolution.
2) the Fridge in not working in the room.
3) No body is picking tha call at reception
4) they took 01 hr for check in.
5) the room allotted to me but same room allotted to someone also.
6) less variety of Breakfast menu.
