Food was very good and had a lot of variety.. Stay was very comfortable.. Room was nice and clean.. Overall a 4star+ property.. Buffet Breakfast is ready for the guests early in the morning so that whole day time can be utilized.. Big reception area so that one can have a small meeting there.. Again in the evening after a hectic day one gets full peace and good rest in the hotel..

i stayed at this hotel in 2 rooms with my family last week and the experience was not as expected from accor brand hotel. ive stayed at novotel before but grand mercure let me down. firstly there was no greeting or welcome drink offered. when we went to the rooms, one room had a dirty bathroom with previous guest razor and tissues lying in the bin unclean. i had to call the housekeeping and get it cleaned. it wasnt a pleasant experience for my sisters to experience this in the bathroom. it was d ...more

Place was good clean neat accommodation and now the hotel is avoiding use of plastic bottles for water and providing glass water bottles which is highly appreciable Loved the experience in all aspects
