I had a great experience staying at Grand mercue Hotel.Good hotel... clean and beautiful rooms. Service quality is good, especially the reception staff who is friendly and helpful. Location is near to Vadodara railway station and Bus stand.

i asked for refund on cancellation of room booking due to medical issues. grand mercure denied to refund. i didn't stay in grand mercure on booked date.
