It was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

guest has booked hotel with breakfast a d dinner
but hotel did not give dinner
and today morning they charge for breakfast 350 per person where guest has already pay for it

Room and bathroom stinks. No cleanliness. Pipes and taps are broken. Torn bedsheets and stained bedspreads are kept. Room is filled with bed bugs.
Please don't stay here. Worst service ever

after checking in came to know room mates are cockroaches and full of mosquito, even hotel person not ready to provide mosquito coil/liquid

Never stayed in such a lousy, uncleaned toilet, non covered bed,table /chairs with bugs and irresponsible staffs. No towel, soap and water bottle. only room tariff alone equal to 2* hotels. Moreover all doors open with any room cards. so every when door fer opens. it's like some intruder poke kind feels. Also non of network get work inside the hotel. no intercoms in room
