2 days i have changed 3 rooms
1. No net and clean
2. Water leakage bathroom not clean, nubs not working
3. Door lock missing & flush jet is not working
4. Rude Staff behaviour

Washroom is not clean and no light in the washroom. Staff in the reception are not cordial and no hot water supply. Stayed only 4 hours not worth of paying for this type of accommodation. They need to improve to get guest revisit.

the hotel is in a run down condition and the room though spacious, is shabbily maintained. the attached bathroom is in a run down condition as well. we had booked 3 rooms and had clearly stated in the booking that 3 adults will be staying per room. our expectation, was that we will not be charged for the extra mattres, however an amount of rs 350 per mattress was collected by the hotel staff. i had to shell out rs 1050 extra for the three mattresses. the blankets had holes in them. this was not expected from a hote. in all it was a bad experience at grand idhanta

The worst hotel I ever stayed,the blankets are worst and room service is too bad and there is no proper lights in the rooms.I never recommend to anyone.
