The very worst experience room is quite good but in the toilet flush not working properly we stayed 3 days but no one came to clean the room or dustbin. poor hygiene. also the staff was very slow in their work.and last but not the least food which was very very tasteless no taste nothing even the tea coffee is unavailable no snack items only food available is types rice and gravy rotis. basic taste.average experience.......... not recommended at all

hotel is nearby Ellora caves and grishneshwar Temple cleaningness in hotel is very good hotel ambience is nice food quality is also very nice best property near Ellora and Mandir with family cooperative staff and manager helping Nature of all staff room is very well maintain I really recommended this property to stay with family and friends

good but they overcharge alot on mrp product there service is not so good staff was rude when we tell them that you can not charge above mrp they started telling us rules
they have to improve on there restaurant and rooms
and special message for senior citizens that if you are planning to stay i want to inform you that there is no lift

Rooms were so small that extra bed for the people were not possible. Restaurant in the hotel is worst, infact no taste and unnecessarily costlier. Additionally, Unnecessarily room was costlier for the service they have provided.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short drive from the caves, making it an ideal spot for those looking to explore this UNESCO World Heritage site.The check-in process was smooth, and the staff made sure all my needs were met.Overall, Hotel Grand is a great place to stay for anyone visiting Ellora Caves.

from out side this hotel looks very good. restaurant is very spacious n neat clean. at reception counter well mannered boy was there to welcome the guests. as far as rooms are concerned, bed, mattress n bed sheets towels etc all were clean. the worst part is that there was no tv, no mirror in toilet, ceiling fan speed regulator was not functioning. fan was running on full speed.
