My experience was good. Cleanliness was very good. Just one thing I felt was compared to the rate they are charging few things are missing. e.g. Only body towels were provided. Hand towels, shaving kit, toothbrush kit should be added. And importantly, things are planned for an individual and not family like e.g. the glass for drinking water is just 1 it should be atleast 2 if the room is getting used by family.
