GOOD PROPERTY WITH NICE LOCATION & AMBIENCE. BREAKFAST IS EXCELLENT. GOOD STAFFS AND GREAT ROOMS. BUT STILL NEED BETTER MAINTENANCE AS THERE IS WATER LOGGING IN OUR WASH ROOM & WATER IS DRIPPING FROM AC INDOOR UNIT. THEY HAVE TO LOOK INTO THESE MINOR THINGS. APART FROM THESE SMALL ISSUES EVERYTHING IS FINE.

It was a beautiful experience. I had planned this trip for my mother's birthday - lovely room overlooking the Vennar river - it's a quaint resort - It was so serene with the chirping of birds and lush greenery. The staff are quite helpful and attentive. They made the stay quite memorable.

A serene stay by the Venar river in Tanjore Grandess. By far the best properties of GRT, we have visited.
Cosy , airy rooms, with equally airy baths. lots of space to walk by the riverside for adults and for kinds to run around.

Wonderful place to stay at Tanjavur. It was peaceful and next to a river. Food was expensive but staff was good and prompt at service. Recommended stay.

Great place to stay in Thanjavur. Quick check-in process, welcoming, courteous and responsive staff in all the departments. There were little hiccups in AC functionality and Bathroom cleanliness which was prompting addressed by housekeeping and maintenance staff and Hotel manager acknowledged the inconveniences during check out and provided some South India traditional return gift 🎁 which was a great gesture. I recommend this place for anyone visiting Thanjavur.

Best place to have a relaxed stay.
Rooms are very neat.. Staffs were very hospitable.. All the traditional welcome is to be appreciated.

The location is awesome. Never expected that the river would have a good flow of water, the resort is on the bank of the river. The view is so good, the river can be seen from the rooms. The rooms are not so high-tech, but they are good. Service from staff is very good. The food was great. A best resort around Thanjavur. Just go for it.
