receptionist should be hired in a pleasing manner. such a illeterate behaviour in reception by a local ladyproper check in time not monitored. eventhough we reached 1 hour delay from check-in the room was n ot kept ready & they started cleaning it once we arrived. the same happened for other guests as well. worst experience.

It was good stay at Green Apple Resort.. Resort is located in calm place and hospitality is good..

literal misbehaviour. u have to pay 500 extra for the same room in first floor. breakfast denied. no restaurant. don't visit. no view nothing.
