Pathetic stay at this place.No hot water.Bathroom was under maintenance.null of the amenities mentioned were provided.

No facilities as mentioned. No hot water . No early check-in facility as I was told that i would be given atleast a washroom at another place. This didn't happen. Lot of my time has gone there. The room I have booked had red ants all over the place. Then i was asked to change to another room. It's in a good location greenery all around. Please work on the drawbacks you have got...it will be a good place for everyone then.

Beautiful views, quiet and rustic...Green Field is a great stay if you have a private/rented vehicle (even bicycles will do). If not, the auto valas will give you a hard time. Near to the main beach (which is quieter and more peaceful than Kudle/Om etc). P.S- The cook, Guru cooks delishh food :)

Not worth the money. The room is small, not all the taps in the bathroom are working properly especially the most essential one, I hope u got the point :) . Location is ok .

Very pleasant hosts and picturesque setting-in the midst of green fields & chirping of birds! The food offered (on request) is very tasty & we were very happy that they kept in mind that my daughter is allergic to peanuts and they prepared the food accordingly ....

Overall experience was amazing. The staff were well mannered. The room was tidy and clean and all the amenities was functioning. It is located near beach, it is easily accessible. Dining facility is there and the dining experience is superb. No complimentary services was provided. The property was managed by caretaker. There is no WiFi but parking facility is there. It doesn't have any security guards or CCTV camera. The price is cost effective.

Nice place for the price. Only downside was that there is no ac and and so you have to keep windows open which lead to a lptnof insects coming in. Overall nice place, clean, amd vwry welcoming. The caretaker, Guru, who took care of all our needs and provided us with everything whenever we needed it.
