Check in was late as they had no idea that we booked two rooms , gave us rooms later on after talks and rooms were full of mosquitos . Pathetic

First they refused that we don't have booking then after seeing booking they said room is not available with us due to mistake can we accommodate you in other hotel. After our refusal they managed and provided us rooms. I feel one room was not provided to us as per our booking.

Room was damp and smelly. Service was not that good. Asked for a specific food item they had on the menu but wasn't accomodated as requested

3 minutes walk to the metro station, very quiet place to stay for business travellers even. Very helpful team.

the location is good, hotel staff is good including reception. breakfast is good. prompt delivery of food orders.

Worst hotel in Delhi. Only boiling hot water was coming from the tap in washroom. No cold or even room temperature water was available. Moreover they charged extra for drinking water even though mineral water was mentioned in the room package. They charged 30+gst for a PACkED water bottle the MRP of which was just rs 20. And most importantly room was not sound proof. I got disturbed at night at 2 am by noises and voices from lobby and other rooms. Simply stay away from this hotel.
