    Amazing stay, clean and safe, hotel manager is amazing, everyone helpful and well behaved, I enjoyed the swimming pool, and I am looking forward to stay again in the near future

    1. Highly priced Suite room booked only after prior confirmation from hotel management about swimming pool operation. However when visited found not operational. Water in the pool is extremely dirty. 2. Tv is not operational. Room changed in which Tv susbs. was expired.4. Drinking water not provided.5. Room is smelling.Very upset with such an worst service & paying high price for such an poor room and services.Request refund 50% amount.Will never book again

    In the first room we got, AC stopped working after about an hour. Also, the toilet flush did not work properly. We had to ask for a new room which was fine. We were denied complimentary breakfast which was included in our booking. After 15-20 minutes of haggling, we got complimentary breakfast that too with the restricted menu. We had to choose from only three options out of about 6 items. Yes, the breakfast menu was very limited. The lift did not work.Gave 4 stars only because 2nd room was good ...more
