no charging points no service for collection of luggage service part is very bad
form road to room one has to carry his luggage himself
no welcome drink served
actually this is a marriage hall not working on hotel
first time some hotel took signature for the items provided at room
this very old property but not maintained

the staff and the receptionist was very rude and no facilities are there
room has broken tallyphone and there was no signal
in every room

when i come to the hotel i did not take any photos but the behaviour of the staff here is absolutely wrong. they do not have manners to talk. the room is not clean as per the amount charged for the hotel. i have stayed in this hotel at least 7 to 8 times. but my experience last time was very bad. then i thought that i will never come here. but i came this time thinking that it's okay. if we are staying somewhere then we call once and see. but this time the experience was very very bad for me, so i will neither advise anyone to come here nor will i ever come here myself.

It was quite a comfortable stay, the staff and the helpdesk were quite humble and friendly. Room as well as bathroom was clean and spacious. Metro station was just nearby, so there was no problem in travelling to major places. Overall a nice experience.
Area was safe and secure. The security was all the time helpful.
