Pathetic service and room. room was full of dust, un-hygienic room. The manager had denied breakfast in the morning. No dustbin in the washroom, the one which was in the room was too dirty and smelly. We had our own toilet roll which we used and the housekeeping boy complained that you had thrown a sanitary pad in the toilet pot, they didn't even know about the toilet roll and we told them that it was dissolving paper. Over priced. Cockroaches roaming around. Smell from bed and pillows. Open electricity wires. The hotel even deny included breakfast. There is no manager / owner, just a serving boy, his justification is i'll do what i've been told to do afterall i'm just an employee

most disgusting hotel ever, this is very disappointed from your side , smelly hotel, plaster ripped off, unclean room and toilet stupid staff they employ child labor which is a crime

The room was below average, there was insects & mosquitoes in the room.Had a very bad experience.Not worthy at all.I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

worst experience ever in my travel history. first when we asked for non refundable room, hotel owner said, we do not have any rooms, asked to cancel booking, then we said its refundable and time is 10:30 PM, hotel owner said, do whatever you want to do, we don't have anything to stay. SO GUYS, THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING HOTEL GROVER REGENCY, BILASPUR.

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL !!!!! Very bad experience with this hotel....i booked the hotel and also confirmed my room on call one day beforw and they said the room is confirmed and when we reached the hotel at night the owner Ashu grover denied us to check-in with a very stupid reason that he doesn't receive the payment and he will not allow us to enter with very rude behavior.......
