I was alloted room no 305 on 19th April 25 at 8:45pm, the room door not accessible through card, room boy assisted, AC getting leak, no response and late night ready to change the room.Due to very late night and tired unable to agree for shifting.Next day morning tea cattle not working, phone not working. Moreover checkout was at 11am requested to 3pm, charging Rs 1000/- extra. Conclusion the hotel was mentioned for commercial overianted not customer satisfaction. Very poor quality and experience.

best to stay with family and friends. staff are all amicable. and I just suggest to add restaurant for food and drinks(non-alcohol)
other than that everything is fine. and I recommend my family and friends to visit this hotel.
