Location is good, but air conditioner is not working perfectly and the main problem is network issue, there was no signal in room and there wifi also not working. I complaint the receptionist for this wifi issue, he told me that he will resolve this in 4 hours, but didn't resolve that. But room service is good

Very Bad Experience
Room was very cheep day 105 room no wash room very dirty baad sheet pillon cover & room very bad smal after resection complaint next ton next day room change 3rd day 112 room given ist baad take defective 2nd toilet shower no working proper & 3rd very big problem (Chhat Se Pani Tapak raha hai bad bad per after complaint no active) very very very baad experience 0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣👎👎👎👎👎

This is a very good and luxurious hotel. It is just 5 minutes away from Mahakal temple.Everyone at the hotel is very efficient and the room service is very good. The cleanliness of the hotel is very good.I have been going to this hotel for about 5 years and have stayed there about seven or eight times. This time I stayed there for 5 days and I really enjoyed my stay there.The behaviour of Kapil Sir, Krishna Sir and Ravi Sir in the management there is very good and efficient.

Worst hotel near the temple. Rooms are extremely small and dirty and didn't match with the images provided in listing. On request they did change the room but its a local lodge worse than dharamshalas. Please refrain from booking to avoid your headache..
Property showing online 3 star but it is not 1 star also and looking like local dharmshala

This is the worst hotel near the temple. Images provided in the listing it's an old dirty hotel with bad rooms. Bed linen, washrooms everything is dirty and on top of that staff is very arrogant. please avoid it to If you don't want to spoil your mood.
