very poor interior... damaged wall paint less walls.... water soaking.... damaged washroom accessories like basin tap and comode seat cover..... poor lighting..... dirt and dust all over room only positive is 24hr hot water supply and AC

There was no cleanliness in the hotel at all. It was very dirty were found on the bed. We requested the manager to give us another room but he did not give us one. At 12:00 in the night we had to shift to another hotel with our family and had to face a lot of trouble. And our amount was also returned very less. From today onwards we will never book any hotel f . We had a very very bad experience with that hotel

No maintenance of Hotel AC is working but curtains are dirty seems not washed from many months. Room is small No bislery bottle, nothing provided just an room for stay

Room is average and ok, but service part is excellent. Staffs are really good and cooperative. Food is also very good. Enjoyed staying here.

It was an good experience at this hotel as it is 400 m walking distance from ujjain railway station hotel is average .rooms are ok i want to suggest hotel manager to cleanliness and hygiene. Hotel is ok with some facilities tv is working staff are cooperative .

room was decent ....need more cleanliness because the amount i payed was high...so j expect cleanliness...food was good.especially the punjabi thali....10% on total amount is something i don't understand..rest stay was good

First they were not ready to honor my reservation and after argument and showing the details they did give a room. Terrible room, shabby, stinking, complete messy old room. Bed, bedsheets were very very old and stinking, wallpapers were torn and it almost didn't exists. Boothroom was another mess. it just had a bucket and mug. overall I will never even thing it's worth 100/- No family should go here for sure.

I can understand that you want a description of a real bad experience. The service in our experience at this hotel was so bad that we were heartbroken. The room condition there was very poor, the cleanliness and facilities were negative, and the behavior of the staff was disappointing. Everything that was promised was wrong. Staying at this hotel we really felt like we had chosen the wrong place. Staying here is not recommended at all.
