I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The management was inadequate, and the room was dirty. The staff displayed unprofessional behavior, and the food was subpar with questionable hygiene standards. Overall, my experience was unsatisfactory. not recommended any guest.

AC is not working..... blankets which they have provided is having very bad smell.... pillows are dirty....In bathroom tobacco stains are there on the wall.....In complementary breakfast the didn't provide buffet and have only 2 option in complimentary breakfast......total waste of money...... overall very bad experience ....if anyone wants to stay in balaghat kindly look for other hotel...
