The room is too tiny. they are always cutting the power of AC. They are charging too heavily.

We had to early check in but hotel staff allocated a very small room without having any hot water in this severe cold,
Proper Mattress and room heaters is not provided to us.
They are only concern about their check in check out , not concern about the guest.

Hotel is located near the bus stand , looks good , but the problem i faced, road was very busy to much out side noise. I did not sleep .room was clean but very small. tv was not working . hotel staff was polite. towel was clean .bathroom, toilet was clean if you can bear the out side noise you can stay there .

experience was good with Hotel staff, near by bus stand distance about 200 meters. only TV was not working whole night
