TV was not working and the tubelight was flickering. Shampoo was not there. food was not worth the charges.

tv was not working sink blocked could not close room door from inside during night time no attendant at the time of leaving at 1:00 am room was good

hotel is situated near airport & area is clean, pollution free ,building is good ,staff is cooperative,inside rooms and in loby/stairs is neat & clean but mattress on beds are too old or thin(less than average,taps in bathroom are old & hot water is not supplied propperly(even previous eveninh i specially asked for hot water or geyser & i was told that it ll be in taps automatically in morning from roof top.i was waiting 6 am to 9 am for hot water in taps but it was normal running water

average stay. The hotel is good and clean. but room service is pathetic. once we checked in the lights went off for 2 hr. and the telephone was also not working. restaurant food is good in taste but limited options and again they closed the kitchen at 9:30 in night. no reheating of food available.

It is not at all what I had thought. This is not a hotel, it is a lodge. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The biggest wrong decision of my life was that I booked this hotel.

Very bad service . We had complimentary breakfast . 1 day they told it will be ready by 8-8:30 we hv to leave by 7:30 . On request also they didnt gave even tea also . Then 2 nd day they told breakfast available till 10:30 . We go there by 9am and there is just half katori aloo sabzi left amd 2 poori. And they told u are late . . Then after some argue they made 2 more pooris . And mix water in that aloo sabzi to make it two katori and tea . And nothimg else with that . So pathetic .very unprofessional.
