I booked deluxe room in h2o resort yamunanagar . But they don't provide me the deluxe room and give simple one without any amenities no gyser no almirah or cupboard and old fashioned bed. Worst experience faced ever in my life. Owner refused to give us deluxe room

I booked delux room
And when am reached they gave us ugly standard room
And when am asked for delux room that i booked
They talk with me very rudely
Like (yhi hai jo hai leena hai to lelo vrna cancle krdo)
Very bad experience
I Never recomend to anyone

stay was unpleasant.
they charge you for everything, even for mineral water and parking.
i reached there at 9:30 pm and there is no information about my booking to staff. it took 20 min for confirming my booking and I have to stay outside. the staff was drunk. he couldn't find room key. took another 15 min to enter room.
I have booked for free breakfast which I get at 10:30 am as cook is not available before. further they give Paratha which is not good. there is no proper arrangements for room.

Well i booked a room with no meals included. For the price, the room was good. The downsides were that no toiletries or even additional bedsheets were provided. Also no food was served in the room and i had to go out to the food court and order there. The staff was polite but unreachable most of the times. I would definitely not go back there!
