the stay was excellent . all our requests of arranging a cake for the birthday and decoration is taken care of by the staff and management exceptionally well. immediate room service and cleaning . lovely stay must say.

the housekeeping wasn’t good. sticky floor in the room, sweat smelly bed, not so clean bathroom, tv without a satellite connection. a lot of scope for improvement.

the hotel room was very clean and fit for a family. but the service during breakfast was very disappointing. no staff came forward to seat us or ask if there was anything we required. the live food was also brought very late to our table and by then our hunger had disappeared.
