Overall it was a good experience staying at this hotel. the food quality was good. the ambience is good. staff behaviour is suitable.

This is worst stay ever
Wifi doesn't work , age old shower setup with no hot water , very minimum towels.
For everything i have to call them.

i stayed there for 3 nights and there is no privacy and we have to share a common guest room. also i gave clothes for laundry and they didn't give my tshirt back and just said sorry.
avoid visiting the halcyon hotel and choose another option instead of halcyon hotel
