the bed linen should be more clean. for 3.5k per day cleanliness is definitely expected. only this part was bad. otherwise the overall stay was satisfactory

it was one day stay. check in and check out experience was very smooth. reception staff is good. room was spacious and toilet was clean. breakfast buffet spread was good and tasty.

The performance of halez has reduced considerably. Rude senior manager who doesn't care abt the guest. Swimming pool is not properly maintained and toilet near the swimming pool doesn't have electricity, it was difficult to change the dress and take the shower. rooms doesn't have key card holder. chairs was not provided to us.
