The hotel stay was good. We stayed there for U.S visa interview. Only problem is there is no heater in the bathroom. Walkable distance to the u.s consulate.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. All the Services were provided as mentioned, the AC was working, and the bathroom was clean. The Hotel is very near to the US consulate and just 1.5 km from the Biometrics centre. It is just 25 mins away from the Chennai Central Railway Station.

Worst experience. we checked in and found the room. the room was the worst. the bedsheet was so dirty and torn. the main door lock was totally broken. the pillows were dirty. Also, the lane to the hotel was spooky and dirty. We couldn't stay even for a minute, we immediately searched for another hotel and checked out. We didn't even care about the refund, all we wanted was to get out of that hotel ASAP. If you want hygiene and safety, I recommend NOT to choose this hotel.

My purpose of visit was US embassy. I had a room which is very good at that price and also the staff are very much friendly, especially guy named ASHIQUE . And food I ordered from rumam which is very good at that price and very tasty too. Everything is affordable and nothing is overpriced except auto charges. Better use rapido or any other source to travel nearby. I RECOMMEND THIS FOR MAINLY WHO ARE COMING FOR THEIR US BIOMETRICI OR VISA INTERVIEW

The road entry to the half moon palace is very narrow other than that the room was excellent for the budget with 24 hrs of hot water and near the US Consulate office. The room was hygienic and well cleaned. Ours was non ac ( AC room with AC switched off) and the ventilation could have been improved and no sunlight enters during morning. For non AC Ventilation can be improved.

The room was not up to the satisfaction. No kitchen, very bed room service bedsheets toiletries is also not good. We stay 6 days, but the experience is not good.
