Overall excellent service by hotel staff, except in one instance,where a waiter, initially refused to parcel the eligible food items to be taken to the room under BNB arrangement. There is no room service available @ the hotel to provide food items from their own restaurant @ ground floor.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Management and Unhelpful StaffI recently stayed at Hanuman Hotel, Mangalore, and had an unpleasant experienceI wouldn’t recommend this place if you're looking for honesty, professionalism, or even basic courtesy during your stay.

Its a normal hotel, ok for the stay, no WiFi and no toiletries were provided, seems costlier. Don't book it early if not in need. You will get rooms most of the time.

the hotel was horrible with no filter to fill in the water, they served us tap water to drink, no food served, we had to bring our own food, they had a restaurant attached which serves the poorest food no room service, one of the most horrible experiences i ever had
