The cleanliness and the hygene remains a major issue with such type of hotels and this hotel was no exception. The hotel was lacking in both these departments.

Pathetic experience as owner didn't pick up the call to share the alternate route to the property as road was closed due to barricading. I even called him a day before asking about the parking & distance to temple and he didn't mention anything about place would be flooded with devotees.

Rooms were ok but not as upto the mark as per the price charged. I paid Rs. 15,030/- for one super deluxe and 1 family room. Rooms were smelly , bathroom has bad odor. In resturent cockroaches were running on the floor due to which we were so uncomfortable. I would not prefer this hotel.

the stay at the hotel was amazing. the room and the bathroom were super clean. the hotel is just 8 minutes away from shree khatu shyam temple which is a big plus point. i liked the food too at their restaurant. in khaatu, the food quality is not good at the restaurants near the main temple, so i decided to eat in the hotel's restaurant itself and it was very good. they even gave me a ride to the khaatu toran dwaar early in the morning (4:30 am) which i really appreciate as it was quite dark and ...more
