Very Bad Experience. Not Recommended At All.I stayed at Hari Om Residency, Ayodhya for 1 night last week. I had booked 2 rooms for 4 adults, but at the last moment, we became 6 people. The hotel refused to adjust extra guests even though I was ready to pay extra money. The so-called manager, was the rudest hotel staff I’ve ever met in a hotel. He kept saying "rules are rules" and showed no respect for guests. He didn't talk like a hotel manager.I told him that if I had booked for 6 people, the ...more

Located in an isolated place behind Ram mandir with poor access for car and no proper parking area and no driver accommodation as mentioned in amenities. Rooms are clean but very small and overpriced and as usual very casual approach of staff as in whole Uttar Pradesh as I experienced in my tour.

The hotel is good, and on paper, the location seems close to the temple. However, the issue is that auto and cab drivers have designated areas, so the auto available here might not be able to drop you directly at the front of the temple. Conveyance can be tiresome.
The hotel itself is decent. The reception staff is helpful, but a few supervisors come across as a bit rude. The restaurant food is good. However, the overall service could be improved.
If you're traveling with elderly people, the conveyance issue can be especially challenging.

very excellent hotel as well restaurant. we enjoyed fully. rooms are excellent and staff are very cooperative. we will recommend our near and dears to stay here when they visit ayodhya. since we are senior citizens, we do not face any difficulty in hari om residency.
