As we booked the hotel and confirmed booking through non refundable cancellation but as we reached hotel around 5pm we got to know that the hotel dont have the room as hotel is fully booked already and they dont have any room,after requesting they agree to provide us a reserve room whose tarif might not be the half of the price which we paid,the hotel staff members was very kind and helpful
