receptionist person behavior is very bad, he is not supporting. he was not answered when i came. i was waiting around 2 hours and 30 minutes

Great service, polite Staff , complimentary breakfast was so up to the mark. great location near Shankar netralay chennai ctrl railway station and marina beach is also not so far. big rooms, food is so tasty. Over all 5/5

Thank you Harrisons Chennai, for your warm welcome.. Great service.. polite Staff, fast service, big rooms, food is so tasty .. complimentary breakfast was so up to mark. Nice location, near Shankar netralay, chennai ctrl railway station and marina beach is also not so far.. Only one suggestion bathrooms are small so please take care of proper ventilation or fragrance. Over all 5/5.

Ac didn't work full night. Difficulty to sleep.
Tried calling reception but room phone was out of order.
personally went to inform reception but no action was taken.
commodes colour has changed to Yellow as it's too old. old style hotel.

Stay was nice, food quality for Breakfast was horrible esp. idli and whatever available, refills were not prompt. Had to manage with Corn Flakes and Bread.
