We stayed in this hotel During our visit to Shivamogga. Stay was excellent. Staffs are very cooperative. They have buffet breakfast fast which has varieties.
The following things could have been improved
* Their parking is in the basement. and there is no lift facility for the basement. If you are travelling with an infant or elderly it will be challenging.
* in our Room some of the bathroom fittings were missing (like soap stands) Also the bathroom commode should have been more neat and clean.

We had stayed in this Hotel during our visit to Shivamogga. stay was exalent. All the amenities in the hotel was great. The only con we found is in bathroom soap stand was broken. Also there is no lift facility for basement if you are carrying laguaage it will be little challenging. They have enough parking space at basement. Breakfast was good with wide varites. Staffs are polite and friendly. Overall it was great stay.

The electricity was unavailable for an hour, and the washroom was not clean. The main tap was not working properly. The bed had stains, and the table was not cleaned properly. Overall, the stay experience was very bad.

No non veg food being served for 2 days, due to some reason not properly explained to the guests. Surprisingly Goibibo has not informed their customers about this???
Pleasant except for the restriction on the type of food We eat
