1) Food is good.2) Hotel staff, barring one young lady at the reception are polite and accomodating.1) Room not clean at all. 2) Bedcovers, pillow covers were not fresh.3) Too pricey for the room.4) Most Importantly, while staff is polite, but the young lady at the reception, named Sudakshina, is not at all well-mannered.

Very poor service and totally unprofessional had to wait in reception for long hours as rooms are allotted as per preferences to direct booking
Please don't stay in this hotel in Agartala as behaviour is too poor and you will not get room before 3PM and not 12PM

It's location is good. It's centrally located but it is at Fifth floor only. Lift is available. It has restaurant and food is good. Staffs helpful and cooperative. It is near to main market. Room service starts after 7.30 am only in the morning. You will not get bed tea before that.
It's location and behaviour of staff.
