    Hotel is best hotel in Nandurbar as far as ambiance, hospitality, cleanliness, service, staff behavior, and all other required services are concern. There is no match to this property. service staff is Very punctual in all services

    Fairly decent in terms of Food. Service at Reception level was sad. The butlers were very prompt and friendly. The staff needs training on customer service and customer interaction at the reception level at least. Ac was not working in the end. Water was not available due to repair work of motor. Had a few mosquitos and a cockroach in the room. **Amenities were ok. Hotel gives a good ambience. Breakfast was limited.
