It was really a pathetic experience with the hotel. They have shown me one good room to stay. And when I checked they have given me a different room. Food quality is not upto the mark. Rude staff. Not recommend anyone to stay. Prices are too high not value for money.

We have stayed at hotel Bikalal on 12th August , our experience is more than Pathetic as staff is rude in behaviour, owner tried to manage things but he was not capable unfortunately, i have ordered SHAHI THALI which costed me 419 and i would request everyone not to order this bcoz it has nothing SHAHI in that , dal Sabzi even chapatis were not served hot and one more thing that there was some maintenance work going on we were disturbed whole night even we requested them twice so BIKALAL is not a place to stay anymore, hope someday they will get some professionalism

Hi It was wonderful experiance at Heeralal hotel at bikaner. Staff is very polite and avaialble on call. Best hotel for official tour.

Rooms are very spacious and clean. The food is awesome and the staff is very courteous. Would definitely recommend it.

It is really v good hotel to stay with family or frnds neat and clean food was good but be careful their are 2 heeralal one is infront of bikaner railway station and this one in jnv colony👍🏻

Excellent hotel - very neat clean rooms and nice central location in Bikaner - it is on the main road - so parking is not an issue - they have thought of every small amenity to make the stay comfortable including small room heater [very useful in the cold weather in Rajasthan], room slippers, electric kettle etc. There is also an attached restaurant where you get decent food. The service is good and very ideal for families. We were in Bikaner for one night and the stay was very comfortable. One of the best hotels we stayed in during our Rajasthan trip and certainly value for money.

Pros:(1) Room and Washroom were clean(2) Room size was satisfactory(3) AC was effective(4) Enough Lighting(5) Hot water was available(6) Closet, Kettle (without milk, tea pouches etc), Sofa- Table, TV with DTH were available.(7) Restaurant was available and food was available even at 5 PM and was good and value for money.(8) The Receptionist was soft spoken and cooperative.Cons:Little far away from tourist Places

The hotel located in the city center and lots of public transport, nearby restaurants, bars etc. The hotel staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast not bad. The room a bit small but the bed is really comfortable."
