the room was smelly, the blanket looked as if it was never washed , toilet was not clean, at the time of checkin receptionist said sir please cancel your reservation as i have to give this room to someone else

The hotel denied the booking on arrival at hotel on 12th March evening saying that no booking with me . We are waiting at reception for more then half and hour as we are tared after day long work at audit location . After interference with our office and ourself and call to goibibo the matter is sorted out but this is very bad experience and feel very awkward position
The hotel is not as good as previously in all field .
