1. The position is not up to the mark.
2. No lift , but we have been provided in 2nd floor ( Room no B2)
3. Me along with my wife both are suffering from knee problem and it is very difficult to use stairs daily.
4. No wordrobe is in the room.
5. It is very far from SRM University, KTR campus but we have to move there daily.
6. We checked in this hotel on 18.08.2024 night and will be checked out on 20.08.2024 at about 07.00 AM.
7. Please consider my problem and upgrade my bookings for two nights ...more
