Room is dirty and unhygenic. Room is full of dust and cockroach. Bedsheet is dirty. Washroom is dirty. No basic facility is available. Shower is not available. I didn't checkin the hotel. Hotel owner is also unable to resolve my issue. I had a discussion with him but he is not refunding anything. My holiday is getting spoiled due to this hotel and now I have to search a different hotel. .Also don't trust the other reviews. Room condition is not matching with whatever mentioned in photos.

This is a budget hotel which is 1 KM from ksrtc busstand. 5 min walk from Mallandur circle. hotel rooms are neat and staff are cooperative. best suits for backpackers, solo travellers, bachelor groups.. etc

No one was present on reception almost whole day. Bedsheet blanket was not cleaned. No drinking water provided. One almirah was locked without keys provided. Some people were smoking drinking alcohol in Gallery outside room. TV was there only for show piece .

it is a good place in budget with neat and clean rooms, and basic amenities present. Easily reachable as it is very near to the market and KSRTC bus stand. cleanliness, hot water available in washrooms. location is very near to bus stand.
