It is new hotel. Many things are not in place. They still need to learn lot about service. Rating could have been less than 1 but gave 2 just bcz of efforts from manager specially lucky to attend our complaints.
Could not get hot water due to geyser issue, had to get water myself from other rooms. Which is very much annoying for 5 guests with kids.
Also for different service related things they had very chilled attitude.
Hotel is well built, if they improve on service side this can be good hotel
